 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all! Once we meet to explore your goals and choices for your therapeutic experience, we can create a plan that includes one or a combination of services to meet your needs. Anything can be changed or added as we work together over time.

  • No matter which offering (or combination thereof) you choose, the price is $140 per hour, with most sessions being an hour long. Some people opt for 90 minute sessions at $200 because they find this to be a more useful amount of time for what they are working on.

  • After working with insurance companies for over a decade, I am moving away from taking insurance because I have found the services that they cover to be quite limiting. I don’t like having to give diagnoses and operate from a problem orientation. I have found that practicing outside the constraints of insurance allows for a more individualized treatment approach. That being said, my shift away from insurance is gradual, so there are still some insurances I do take. Ask about this in the consultation call if you have questions!
